YEAR INFORMATION
1996 This particular 86 is resplendant in the new and very distinctive livery of Rail Express services. The detailed body, chassis and bogies only further enhance the new and eye catching livery. The model is powered by a ringfield motor and can pick up current either from the running rails or from an overhead supply through the pantograph on the roof.
1997 The Class 86 is modelled here in the striking livery of Rail Express Services (1994 onwards) which nicely emphasises the details of body, chassis and bogies. The model features a working pantograph that can pick up power from the Hornby overhead power system. The model can also take power from the track in the conventional fashion. It is driven by a ringfield motor.
