1997	The Great North Eastern Railways livery is presented here on one of the 225 trains which the new company commenced operating from London to Scotland in October 1996. All-over dark blue with red and gold details make a complete model train which perfectly captures the best ambitions of rail privatisation. The Class 91 power driving unit features a working pantograph that can operate with Hornbys overhead power system. You can also power it from the track in the conventional fashion. All sections of the model train were specially liveried for this pack.
