YEAR INFORMATION
1998 The Merchant Venturer commenced service in June 1951, running out of Paddington to Bath, Bristol and Weston-Super-Mare. Pack features the train as it ran in 1957, with King Class locomotive in British Rail green and coaches in the Great Western chocolate and cream livery retained after nationalisation for named trains. King John was specially named for this pack and all running numbers are likewise exclusive.
