| 2002 | Once the LNER absorbed the GNR they set about changing liveries to reflect the locomotives duties. It is therefore no surprise that the bright GNR colour scheme on this locomotive was replaced with the much more sober livery of LNER lined black. Used to haul suburban trains in and out of London many of this class continued well into BR days, such was their strength and reliability. The model features a detailed body, sprung buffers and is powered by a 5 pole motor. |
