2001 | Built at the GWR Works in Swindon this Hawksworth design locomotive entered service in December 1946. In late 1958 the locomotive was fitted with a double chimney which it maintained until withdrawal in 1964. Presented in the BR green livery of the time it includes a ringfield motor located in the tender and connected to the locomotive by a sprung draw bar. |
