2001 | This Holden designed mixed traffic loco was rebuilt by Sir Nigel Gresley in the 1930’s and was equally at home hauling express passenger trains or freight. This model is superbly lined in true LNER style and includes fine scale, blackened wheels and hand rails to enhance the whole appearance of the prototype. The Type 7 motor is incorporated into the loco chassis leaving space in the tender for the mechanism that supplies the steam sound effect when the B12 is in motion. |
