Year Information: The exclusive Pullman service that ran in the summer season from Victoria to Canterbury and the resort towns of Kent coast. Formerly the Thanet Belle, this is the train as it was when it was first titled Kentish Belle in 1951. At that time, it actually ran no further than Faversham (where coaches for Canterbury were detached). Non-stop running from Victoria to Whitstable was restored in 1952. Pack features specially named and numbered Pullman cars.
