YEAR INFORMATION
1994 The County class were the only GWR 4-4-0 engines with outside cylinders. They were designed for passenger traffic although later used on goods trains. The model features a spring loaded drawbar and extra pick up through the bogie wheels. Tender powered by Type 6 ringfield motor. Suitable for use with all Hornby GWR coaches.
1995 Churchward designed this class for use over parts of the Great Western network where weight restrictions were severe. The model has a copper chimney cap, sprung drawbar and auxiliary pick-up from the front bogie. Tender powered by Type 6 ringfield motor. Suitable for use with all Hornby GWR coaches.
