YEAR INFORMATION
1996 Designed by Sir Henry Fowler to haul local suburban passenger trains, the 4P class was made up of 645 locomotives which were each capable of running at an ecomomical 80 mph, necessary for a fast and efficient suburban service. The models body with glazed cab which features interior detailing is complemented by the intricate valve gear and connecting rods and is powered by a Type 7 motor. Suitable for coaches R.474 and R.475.
1997 The 4P locomotive was designe by Sir Henry Fowler to haul fast and efficient suburban services, running at an appropriate 80mph. Some 645 were built. The model has a glazed cab with detailed interior, and features intricate valve gear and connecting rods. The motor is a Type 7.
