YEAR INFORMATION
2000 The Class 29 engines, built in Glasgow in 1959 by North British Loco Company, were amongst the earlier types of mainline diesels to go into service. These engines spent most of their homeland where many of them were re-engined in later days to improve their performance. Certainly a model to have on a pre-blue period layout. Powered by a ringfield motor.
